At Couch Potatoes Furniture, we want you to love your new home setup as much as we do. If a piece doesn't fit your space or style, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your furniture to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics team will coordinate with you to schedule a professional curbside pickup or provide a return shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
